Housing with Care and Support
Supported Housing
NCHA Housing with Care and Support Department (HWCS) manages more than 20 Supported Housing projects and 4 Floating Support schemes across the East Midlands.
The Supported Housing Business Stream consists of several services:

Floating Support and Home Care Services
All projects in the above services cater for individuals requiring a range of support packages, which are provided through a person centred approach that develops support plans with the service user at the centre of the process.
Each project has a local manager, who is supported by a staff team of support workers.
