This section contains various documents giving information about NCHA’s performance.
 
Some information is produced in response to tenant feedback, e.g. tenant satisfaction surveys, whilst other facts are collected from internal and external data, e.g. rent collection and void losses.

As part of the Association’s commitment to Continuous Improvement, we monitor and benchmark our performance in the key areas over time with the stated intention of continually striving to improve our performance year on year.
 
Where it is clear that the performance in any one area has deteriorated, this aspect of our work is reviewed and action prioritised to improve the situation.
