How to Apply

There are various ways you can apply for one of our vacancies:

  • Download and print a PDF version of our application form.  Complete it by hand and return it to us by post or hand deliver it.  Our address can be found on the Contact Us page.
  • Download a Word Version of our application form.  Complete it electronically and either print and return it to us by post, or email your form back to us as a Word attachment to personnel@ncha.org.uk  
  • Request an application pack via our Recruitment Hotline on 0845 650 1205, Option 1 (24-hour answerphone).  This will be sent to you through the post.   
  • Request an application pack via e-mail at personnel@ncha.org.uk.  This will be sent to you via return email.  Please state the job title and reference of the vacancy that you are interested in, along with where you first heard about the vacancy.  If you would prefer to complete your form by hand, please also give us your full postal address and we will send you a pack through the post rather than via email.

No matter which way you receive your Application Form, please ensure you read the accompanying GUIDANCE NOTES carefully.  Applications which do not meet the criteria outlined in the Guidance Notes will NOT be shortlisted.  


In order to complete your application form successfully, you will need to refer to the Person Specification section of the Job Specification when completing the Skills / Knowledge / Abilities part of the form. The job specification for each job can be downloaded from the relevant ’More info...’ section on the Current Vacancies page.
