The Association is managed on a day-to-day basis by the Executive Team which is made up of a Chief Executive (Mike Andrews) and four directors (Steve Walker, Paul Higginbotham, Paul Moat and a fourth director who will be in post from October 2007).

 

The Executive Team are responsible for the strategy of NCHA including the vision, mission and values as well as the business planning, risk management and other corporate matters.
